I love that it's free. I don't need to pay for self motivated work outs. I don't love that it took me to an online page to do my quiz, and especially don't like being asked for money after I've given my personal info. But once I clicked back to the app, it had my workout program ready for free! Exercises are easy to follow. It tells you what's next during the rest time. The stretches are in the session so you don't have to stretch so much at the end. No overwhelming adds or videos .

It definitely helps you with losing weight but I haven't gotten that far yet, I started last night and did a night time stretch before bed I will say this helped me have a really deep sleep, I woke up so many hours before I was supposed to. If you don't like having to watch ads then this may not be for you but, this isn't a down side because you can just watch an ad to unlock exercises you're interested in, and I'll gladly support their app.

The app is pretty much entirely free, and the ads aren't overwhelming. I really like that it can connect to your Google fit account, and it reminds me to drink water which has been helpful because I always forget to drink water. The workouts are simple and it gives you the option for feedback so if your workouts are too easy or hard they can give you different ones. Really overall good app if you're trying to get in the habit of working out.
